7. User-Generated Content

CaloMap allows users to submit restaurant information, menus, and photos. The following terms apply: - Copyright: Users retain copyright of their uploaded content. By submitting, users grant CaloMap a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the content for service operation and promotion. - Pre-moderation: All user submissions are reviewed by administrators before publication. Content is not visible until approved. - Content Removal: Inappropriate, false, copyright-infringing, or offensive content may be removed without prior notice. - Account Restrictions: Repeated violations may result in point deductions or account suspension.

8. Global Compliance (COPPA/CCPA)

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (COPPA compliant). California residents have the right to request access, deletion, and opt-out of sale of their personal information under CCPA/CPRA. Please contact support to exercise these rights.
