These terms govern the use of the location-based calorie information service provided by CaloMap.
CaloMap provides AI-estimated calorie information and restaurant menus on a map based on your location.
All nutritional and calorie information provided by CaloMap are AI-generated estimates and may vary from reality. This information is NOT medical advice and should be used for reference only. Users with allergies or medical conditions must verify with professionals or the restaurant directly.
We use your location to recommend nearby restaurants. This data is collected with your consent and used solely for service purposes.
Users must not interfere with the service operation or upload illegal content.
We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or for the accuracy/reliability of the provided information.
1. Copyright of content posted by members (restaurant info, menus, prices, photos, etc.) belongs to the member. However, the Company holds a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use such content for service operation, promotion, improvement, data analysis, and provision to third parties. 2. Members agree that the Company may sell, transfer, pledge, or license their posted content to third parties (acquirers, partners, etc.). 3. Copyright of derivative works created by the Company (calorie analysis data, statistical reports, etc.) belongs entirely to the Company.
1. 'Points' (including 'Coins') are a means for benefits within the service provided based on our standards and are NOT legal virtual assets (cryptocurrency) or securities. 2. The Company may change or terminate the point system with prior notice due to management reasons, policy changes, or M&A. 3. If points are acquired through fraudulent methods (false info, AI bots, etc.), the Company may confiscate points and suspend the account without notice, and seek legal liability.
1. Members may apply for cash redemption or vouchers according to our set standards (min amount, ID verification). 2. The redemption rate (value) may vary depending on profitability and market conditions, and changes will be notified in advance. 3. Taxes and transfer fees arising from redemption are borne by the member, and the Company will deduct them before payment.
1. 'Contribution' is a social contribution metric earned by watching ads in the app. It is a separate system from Points and cannot be redeemed for cash or products. 2. Contribution is only credited when you watch an ad for at least 30 seconds. Your level increases based on accumulated contribution. 3. Revenue generated from ad views is used for charitable activities such as supporting underprivileged children. 4. The Company transparently discloses the operation status of the contribution system and donation details through notices. 5. If contribution is earned through fraudulent methods (macros, automation tools, etc.), the contribution may be reset and the account may be restricted.
In the event of a business transfer, merger, or division, the Company may transfer members' personal information, content copyright, and usage data comprehensively to a third party (acquirer) in accordance with legal procedures.
